Agreement to Terms

Axdox creates intelligent voice-based AI agents for customer support, sales outreach, appointment scheduling, and other conversational use cases. These agents are designed to handle natural language interactions with high accuracy and human-like responsiveness.

Accurate Information

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete. Axdox reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account if any information provided is found to be inaccurate, outdated, or incomplete.

Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to use our services for any unlawful purpose, to solicit others to perform unlawful acts, to violate any international or local regulations, to infringe upon our intellectual property rights, to harass or abuse others, to upload malicious code, or to interfere with the security features of our website or services.

Axdox Ownership

All content, features, and functionality on the Axdox website — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, software, and the compilation thereof — are the exclusive property of Axdox or its licensors and are protected by Indian and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Client Deliverables

Upon full payment for services rendered, intellectual property rights for custom deliverables created specifically for you (such as custom code, designs, or AI models) will be transferred to you as outlined in your specific service agreement. Any pre-existing tools, frameworks, libraries, or proprietary technologies used by Axdox remain the property of Axdox.

Limited License

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use our website for personal and business purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or exploit any content from our website without prior written consent from Axdox.

Pricing & Quotations

All service pricing will be communicated through formal proposals or quotations. Prices are subject to change based on scope modifications, additional requirements, or changes in project specifications agreed upon by both parties in writing.

Payment Schedule

Unless otherwise specified in a written agreement, payments are due according to the milestones and schedule outlined in your service proposal. Axdox reserves the right to pause or suspend work on any project for which payment is overdue beyond the agreed-upon terms.

Taxes & Additional Charges

All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes, including GST (Goods and Services Tax) and other government-imposed levies, unless explicitly stated otherwise. You are responsible for paying all applicable taxes associated with your purchase of services.

Refund Policy

Refund eligibility is determined on a case-by-case basis and is subject to the terms outlined in your individual service agreement. Generally, fees paid for work already completed or in progress are non-refundable. Any disputes regarding billing must be raised within 15 days of the invoice date.

Service Disclaimer

Axdox provides its website and services on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation of Damages

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Axdox and its directors, employees, partners, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, business opportunities, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of our services.

Maximum Liability

In no event shall the total liability of Axdox to you for all claims arising out of or relating to the use of our services exceed the total amount paid by you to Axdox during the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Termination by You

You may stop using our services and terminate your account at any time by providing written notice to Axdox at info@axdox.in. Upon termination, your right to access and use our services will immediately cease. Any outstanding payment obligations remain due and payable.

Termination by Axdox

Axdox reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services at any time, with or without cause and with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms of Service, engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, or if continuing to provide services is no longer commercially viable.

Effect of Termination

Upon termination, all licenses and rights granted to you under these Terms will immediately cease. Sections relating to intellectual property, limitation of liability, indemnification, governing law, and dispute resolution shall survive termination and continue to apply.

Applicable Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles. You agree that any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in India.

Compliance with Local Laws

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of our services complies with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws and regulations. Axdox makes no representation that its services are appropriate or available for use in all jurisdictions.

Informal Resolution

In the event of any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms of Service or our services, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting each other in writing. You may reach us at info@axdox.in. We will make good faith efforts to resolve the dispute within thirty (30) days.

Arbitration

If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, either party may initiate binding arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 of India. The arbitration shall be conducted by a sole arbitrator mutually agreed upon by both parties, and the proceedings shall be held in India.

Class Action Waiver

You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted on an individual basis and not as part of any class, consolidated, or representative action. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against Axdox.

Right to Modify

Axdox reserves the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms of Service at any time at our sole discretion. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify you via email or a prominent notice on our website.

Continued Use

Your continued use of our website and services after any changes to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. If you do not agree to the modified Terms, you must discontinue your use of our services immediately.
